For our January Serve together we will be joining a team of
3,000 New Yorkers for an overnight count of the NYC Homeless population.
The count is an effort of the NYC Department for Homeless Services to help determine
the homeless population in order to focus outreach work. The count
takes place in all five boroughs between 10:30-4:00 am on the night of Monday,
January 25. While the count might not take until 4:00am, volunteers are
asked to keep the entire window open.
Please register for the event using the link below. After you register
please email me, Bara, at bara4987@gmail.com.
In order to participate with Faith House you must complete both steps.
